A note from the Hospital Administrator:

Due to the sudden rise in COVID cases here in Stanly County, now classified as the Delta Variant which is 6x more contagious and cause more severe symptoms which often lead to hospitalization in the most common cases, Bear Creek Veterinary Hospital is in the process of enforcing new policies to ensure the safety of our staff and clients so that we can allow our doors to remain open and provide you with service during this time while also maintaining a healthy environment.  These processes may take effect as early as Monday morning, and we wanted to give all our wonderful clients a heads up that these changes are coming. Once they take effect, ALL clients will be required to wear a mask upon entering the building. If you do not have one, one will be provided. We ask that if you have any symptoms related to a possible COVID case or if you have been exposed that you notify our staff upon making your appointment and stay in your car upon arrival. We also ask for your patience and understanding while enforcing these policies. We respect all our clients’ beliefs and choices, but our policies will apply to everyone. There will be no exceptions.  If you do not wish to wear a mask, you will be required to remain in your car. We appreciate your patience and understanding and look forward to seeing you and your furr-babies soon.
