Not quite all things great and small, but close…..

We offer a diverse list of services to meet lots of needs.  Our practice is centered on the philosophy of Community medicine.  That means that we strive to be a functioning member of our community and therefore try very hard to meet the needs of that community.  As the needs change, so do our services.  Initially we began as a large animal only practice providing services for the farmers, producers and horse owners.   We still offer those services and they remain at our core, but little by little the community called for more.  In 2009, we were approached by the Stanly Co Humane Society to assist with their work in spaying and neutering animals that were in need of homes.  That project snowballed until in 2011 we made the jump to a Spay Neuter clinic offering low cost services to the public.  The response was great and the demand for a broader array of small animal services was being requested on a daily basis.  Therefore, in 2013 we expanded even further and made the huge leap to full service hospital and emergency services for both large and small.  We now cover routine, sick, surgical and emergency services for dogs, cats, horses, cattle, goats, sheep, llamas, alpacas and pet pigs.  Oh, and Dr. Jordan is also available for assistance with your back yard flocks and pet chickens (Not exotics or pet birds like parrots though-sorry).

Below is a general overview of services in list form by species.  It is not intended to be an all encompassing list so if you do not see what you are looking for, please give us a call and we will be glad to determine if we can help you with your request.   As time goes on, the list may change.  Especially if there is a need for something specific that is not offered anywhere else.   Also our species pages go into some additional detail with regards to a specific type of animal.
